With multiple local elections and many state–wide elections occurring, Minnesota has its longest ballot in about 50 years.

Thursday afternoon, Dan Feehan, Tina Smith, Tim Walz and others joined forces to talk about key ideals they are campaigning around.

“I reject the idea that young people are the future,” said Congressional Candidate Dan Feehan. “Young people are the here and now when they realize the power that they have. That power starts at the ballot box and we have tried from the very beginning to make sure young people are involved. I’m a Millennial myself with significant student loan debt. We want to make sure than young people’s voices who have significant student loan debt themselves coming out of a four–year degree have their voices heard.”
